Integrity

Prove you became the person you promised you would be today.

Integrity is an accountability system. You write down what you intend to do, and a promise counts as kept only once you have proved you did it.

This is not a task tracker

Tapping done proves nothing. A checkbox records that you were willing to tap it, which is why a day of them can end with nothing behind it.

Here a promise is claimed when you say you did it, and verified only once it has been checked. The two are never shown as the same thing.

How a promise is proved

  1. Answer five questions about the work

    The questions are generated from the promise itself and are specific to it. Four of the five must be right.

  2. Photograph the proof

    The photograph is checked against what you promised. One that does not match is refused, and is never stored.

  3. Both must pass

    A promise reaches verified only then. If a check cannot run, nothing is marked as done.

The score is arithmetic

The Integrity Score is the share of your promises you kept. It is computed, not written by a model, and this is the whole of it:

score = 100 × (verified + 0.5 × claimed) ÷ promised

A day with no promises is not scored, and does not count against you. Deleting a promise costs a reason, because the promises you made are the denominator.
